Pressure cooker cake in simple ways

Ingredient for pressure cooker cake

Castor sugar 3/4 cup
Eggs 3
Vanilla essence  1 table spoon 
Oil 1.1/4 cups
Refined flour 11/2 cups
Cocoa powder 1/2 cup
Baking soda 1 tbsp
Salt 1 pinch

Method

Step 1

Mix all the ingredients in a bowl, and fold them.

Step 2

Put it in a greased(well polished with ghee/oil) plain based utensil, and keep it to settle it down

Step 3

Put some water in pressure cooker and keep that at some height from base of pressure cooker  .

Step 4

check with the help of  skewer for doneness, topped with some wipped cream and some fresh blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, fresh mint.
